This role ensures shelves are stocked, products are available, and store operations run efficiently while supporting overall profitability. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer experiences on every interaction Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment Prepare food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards Handle cash, funds, and merchandise responsibly Complete shift reports, including closing and balancing the cash register Verify customer identification for restricted purchases and follow all regulations Support store operations and assist with tasks as needed Adapt to customer needs and apply sales techniques to support store profitability Requirements Previous experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environment Basic knowledge of food safety standards Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations Ability to stand for extended periods of time Equality & Inclusion We are committed to providing equal opportunities to all applicants.
