We're seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple high-volume quick-service restaurants in the greater South Chicago market. This is an opportunity to join a growing organization that values strong leadership, accountability, and developing people from within.

What You'll Do

• Lead the performance of multiple restaurant locations across your market
• Coach and develop General Managers to achieve operational excellence
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Analyze financial performance, including P&L, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
• Ensure execution of operational, food safety, and brand standards
• Recruit, train, and retain top restaurant leaders
• Build a culture focused on accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement
• Travel regularly throughout your assigned market to support restaurant teams

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of District Manager, Area Manager, Area Supervisor, or Multi Unit Manager experience within a quick service or fast casual restaurant organization
• Experience overseeing multiple restaurant locations with full P&L responsibility
• Proven success developing General Managers and building strong leadership teams
• Strong understanding of labor management, food cost, inventory, and operational metrics
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, guest focused environment

Preferred Background

We'd love to hear from leaders with experience from well known quick service and fast casual brands such as Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, KFC, Popeyes, Arby's, Dunkin', Chick-fil-A, Raising Cane's, Culver's, Freddy's, Whataburger, Cook Out, Zaxby's, Sonic, Bojangles, or similar multi unit restaurant organizations.
