Superintendent I (Area)

The Superintendent 1 (Area) is responsible for field operations in assigned areas or aspects of the project. They ensure the work is performed in a safe, timely, profitable, and ethical manner, in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule. They directly supervise field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents. Skanska has reimagined how it delivers advanced technology projects by centralizing its data center and semiconductor expertise into an agile nationwide team.
