Sr. Procure to Pay Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented P2P Analyst to support and enhance end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and control integrity of the entire P2P lifecycle—from requisition through payment. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end P2P control program, including control monitoring and remediation. Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOX requirements, and audit standards. Develop and deliver P2P performance and control metrics; build, analyze, and distribute periodic P2P reports. Perform periodic reconciliations, including GR/IR, Supply Chain Financing, and Virtual Card accounts. Partner with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to support upstream and downstream P2P processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive standardization across the lifecycle. Support transformation and automation initiatives, acting as a P2P SME to improve system performance, process efficiency, and data integrity. Resolve complex invoice and PO issues; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in procurement, accounts payable, or a similar role. Knowledge of controls, governance, and audit processes. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work autonomously under minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Experience building and publishing Power BI dashboards. Experience building data models and combining data from multiple sources. Experience working with offshore teams. Experience with SAP ECC or S4 HANA. Experience with SAP Signavio. Experience with OpenText VIM. Competencies Attention to detail Process improvement Data analytics Effective communication The base salary range for this role is $69,100 to $103,700 annually.
