Accounting Manager/Human Resources Manager

Manufacturing company in Greencastle, PA is looking for an Accounting Manager/Human Resources Manager/Office Manager to handle a variety of responsibilities for a company with less than 50 employees.  We are looking to hire temp to perm and allow enough time to train and transition into the position. Hourly rate varies DOE; $25+. Responsibilities

Human Resource Functions:

• Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, hiring and the onboarding process

• Serve as main point of contact for employees, vendors and clients
• Administer employee benefits and assist with enrollment for less than 50 employees

• Maintain employee files and HR records in compliance with regulations

• Track employee attendance, PTO and leave administration

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment law

• Maintain company policies, employee handbook updates and HR procedure

• Maintain organized filing systems and company record

Accounting Functions:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
• Bank reconciliations
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records
• Process incoming client payments and maintain accurate records
• Follow up on overdue accounts and collections
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues
• Prepare accounts receivable aging reports
• Support timekeeping for payrolling company

Requirements: 

• Minimum 10 + years experience
• Previous Office Manager/Accounting Manager/Human Resources Manager for small to medium size companies
• Steady work history
• Able to provide 2-3 professional references
• 100% in office; no remote work
• Contract to hire
