Accounting Manager/Human Resources Manager
$24 per hourManufacturing company in Greencastle, PA is looking for an Accounting Manager/Human Resources Manager/Office Manager to handle a variety of responsibilities for a company with less than 50 employees. We are looking to hire temp to perm and allow enough time to train and transition into the position. Hourly rate varies DOE; $25+. - Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, hiring and the onboarding process
- Serve as main point of contact for employees, vendors and clients
- Administer employee benefits and assist with enrollment for less than 50 employees
- Maintain employee files and HR records in compliance with regulations
- Track employee attendance, PTO and leave administration
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment law
- Maintain company policies, employee handbook updates and HR procedure
- Maintain organized filing systems and company record
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records
- Process incoming client payments and maintain accurate records
- Follow up on overdue accounts and collections
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues
- Prepare accounts receivable aging reports
- Support timekeeping for payrolling company
- Minimum 10 + years experience
- Previous Office Manager/Accounting Manager/Human Resources Manager for small to medium size companies
- Steady work history
- Able to provide 2-3 professional references
- 100% in office; no remote work
