OSP Permit Specialist

Supporting permitting operations for broadband infrastructure projects nationwide, the full-time remote OSP Permit Specialist will prepare and submit permit applications, ensure regulatory compliance, and track permit statuses while collaborating across departments. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit permit applications in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Research jurisdiction-specific policies and GIS data to ensure permit accuracy Track permit statuses using various tools to monitor submissions, approvals, and expiration dates Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in utility or telecom permitting or related roles Familiarity with NESC standards, municipal codes, and pole permit procedures Experience with PLA, MRE, and ROW or DOT permit submissions Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar software Skilled in GIS applications, Smartsheets, Microsoft Excel, and permit tracking tools
