Join Us as a CNC Turning/Milling Technician

Location: Onsite (Fully site based)

Schedule: 1st Shift — Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; OT and weekends as needed

Pay: Up to $21.71/hr with a guaranteed increase after 3 months

Attendance Bonus: Up to 2 extra days off and $1000.00 for perfect attendance

Your Impact

• Prepare machines: load tools/fixtures, prove-out programs, and perform efficient changeovers.
• Run production using G-Code; manage tool wear and apply basic math to maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Interpret blueprints and GD conduct in-process inspections and quality control analyses.
• Monitor machine indicators and address issues through troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Carry out routine maintenance and adhere to safety and 5S standards.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in a manufacturing environment.

Core Knowledge & Skills

• Mechanical systems; machine/tool design, use, and maintenance.
• Production/processing fundamentals: materials, methods, QC, and cost-awareness.
• Math skills in arithmetic and algebra.
• Operation monitoring and control of equipment/systems.
• Quality control analysis and documentation.
• Troubleshooting of operating errors.
• Preventive and routine equipment maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of assembly and/or CNC machining experience.
• Blueprint reading proficiency, including GD&T.
• Confidence determining and completing offsets with basic math.

Physical Demands: Regular walking and standing; manual dexterity (finger, handle, feel); reaching with hands/arms; ability to talk and hear.
