Part-Time Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Cardiovascular Practice
Job Description:

Our cardiovascular practice is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience in cardiology, cardiovascular medicine, or strong primary care to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

The NP/PA will work under the supervision of a board-certified cardiologist and will be responsible for evaluating and managing both cardiac and vein patients . This includes conducting comprehensive patient assessments, reviewing diagnostic testing, developing treatment plans, and coordinating ongoing patient care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically strong NP or PA who is passionate about patient care and interested in working within a cardiovascular practice.
Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage cardiac and vein patients .
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Review and interpret diagnostic testing as appropriate.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate ongoing patient care.
• Work collaboratively with a board-certified cardiologist .
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans, conditions, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Provide compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Cardiology/cardiovascular experience preferred.
• Candidates with strong primary care experience will also be considered .
• Experience working with cardiac and/or vein patients is highly preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Active and unrestricted professional license required.
• English proficiency required.

Schedule:

• Part-Time - 16 hours per week
• Monday and Friday
• 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• In-person position.

Experience:

• Cardiovascular/Clinical NP experience preferred.
• Strong primary care experience will be considered.
