Material Handler – Forklift Operator
Location: Parma, OH 44130
Shift: First shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with occasional overtime
Starting Pay: $20 per hour
Pre Employment Requirements
Candidates must submit to a pre-employment drug screen and a nationwide background check.
We are seeking dependable Material Handlers – Forklift Operators to move materials safely and efficiently throughout our facility and outdoor yard. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, with an opportunity for a pay increase and benefits once hired on.
Responsibilities
Operate a forklift to retrieve, transport, and organize materials.
Drive a forklift into the outdoor yard to retrieve materials as needed.
Load and unload materials and deliver them to designated areas.
Follow safe operating procedures and perform routine forklift inspections.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Assist with other material handling duties as needed.
Qualifications
Previous forklift operating experience.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong attention to safety and accuracy.
Dependable attendance and ability to work occasional overtime.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
