This role offers the opportunity to shape architecture, influence technical strategy, and help establish future Agentic AI capabilities across the organization.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of enterprise-grade cloud, data, and AI solutions.Develop Agentic AI applications leveraging Amazon Bedrock, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent orchestration frameworks.Design intelligent search and knowledge retrieval solutions that improve how users interact with enterprise content and information.Build and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud-native data platforms using AWS technologies.Create reusable services, APIs, automation frameworks, and cloud-native engineering capabilities.Drive architecture decisions and establish technical best practices across cloud and AI initiatives.Implement infrastructure automation through Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps practices.Collaborate with product, engineering, and business partners to identify high-value AI and cloud opportunities.Ensure solutions meet security, governance, scalability, reliability, and performance standards.Mentor engineers and serve as a technical leader across multiple initiativesQualificationsMinimum of eight years related work experience, with at least two years of development experience.Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.5+ years of experience designing and developing solutions on AWS.Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, containerization, and DevOps practices.Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js.Experience building Generative AI applications using AWS Bedrock, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.Deep understanding of end-to-end ETL processes across diverse workflows, with the ability to guide the team with AWS data services such as Amazon S3, AWS Glue, and Amazon Athena.
