Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices. \n
- Conduct thorough client interviews to gather insights on social, environmental, personal, and health-related factors influencing their mental health. \n
- Evaluate and treat problems within the scope of practice, ensuring appropriate care plans are developed and implemented. \n
- Coordinate and plan programs and activities designed to meet the social and emotional needs of clients. \n
- Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health cases, offering support for short-term crises and direct referrals to community resources. \n
- Create and maintain trusting relationships with clients to foster mutual respect and a safe environment for therapy. \n
- Assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and services provided to ensure continuous improvement and high standards of care. \n
- Document all client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with established protocols, keeping records current and accurate. \n
- Manage an active caseload while ensuring comprehensive case documentation is reflective of the services provided. \n
- Provide individualized clinical counseling, adapting therapeutic approaches as needed to best serve client needs. \n
- Fulfill additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the clinic. \n
The clients you will serve are individuals and families facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, grief, and more. Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related field. \n
- Current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California. \n
- A minimum of four years of professional experience in social work or a related field. \n
- Proven counseling experience, particularly in behavioral mental health treatment, including expertise in dealing with conditions such as depression, substance abuse, family dynamics, and grief management. \n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
