We are seeking enthusiastic and driven college students to join our team as Insurance Sales and Marketing Interns.

What You'll Do:

• Engage & Learn: Work closely with our experienced sales and marketing teams to understand the fundamentals of insurance products and services, gaining valuable insights into the industry.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Your findings will help shape our marketing strategies.
• Create Content: Assist in developing marketing materials, social media content, and promotional campaigns to enhance our brand presence and attract new clients.
• Client Interaction: Support the sales team in reaching out to potential clients, scheduling meetings, and following up on leads. Gain hands-on experience in client relationship management.
• Data Analysis: Help analyze sales data and marketing campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing your ideas and creativity to ongoing projects.

What We're Looking For:

• Current college student pursuing a career in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn about the insurance industry.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
