We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need of care, including seniors, and individuals with special needs. Your role will involve providing support with daily activities, ensuring the well-being and safety of clients, and promoting a positive and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Medication reminder as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and tidying up
• Escort clients to appointments or outings as needed
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to office staff
• Follow all HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality
• Respect and uphold resident rights and dignity at all times

Experience:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with senior care
• Knowledge of first aid procedures is beneficial

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Understanding of hospice care principles is desirable

Valid drivers license & auto insurance

Pass federal background check
