\n- 4-day work week\n
\n- Full-scope Family Medicine\n
\n- Inpatient rotation of 1:8 to keep up your skills\n
\n- No emergency department coverage required\n
\n- Specialty interests supported, including hospitalist work, women's health, geriatrics/nursing home rounds, leadership, and more\n
\n- Team of 7 Family Medicine Physicians and 6 Advanced Practitioners\n
\n- EMR EPIC\n
\n- Efficient care pods with nurse-led annual wellness visits\n
\n- J-1 and H-1B visa\n
\n- HPSA score: 15 & PSLF-eligible\n
\n- Open to experienced physicians as well as 2027 residents and fellows\n

\nCompensation & Benefits\n
\n- Total recruitment package of $570,000\n
\n- Base salary plus call compensation totaling $319,000\n
\n- $200,000 sign-on bonus\n
\n- Up to $125,000 student loan repayment options\n
\n- Residency/Fellowship stipend available\n
\n- PTO, CME allowance, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and 5.5% retirement match\n
