Studio experience

Our client recently went live with Oracle Cloud HCM and is now in a post-go-live stabilization phase. Their existing
technical team is focused on stabilization and integration work, while demand for Oracle AI use cases is growing
quickly. They're looking for a hands-on Oracle technical resource who can build, configure, deploy, and
demonstrate AI agents using Oracle AI Agent Studio, primarily within Oracle Fusion HCM.
This is a pure technical individual-contributor role not a functional lead or people-management position. You'll
work alongside a 4-person Oracle technical team, receiving requirements, building solutions, and demoing
completed agents to business users.
What You'll Do
Configure and build Oracle AI Agents in AI Agent Studio, working with both existing agents and new agents
built from scratch
Configure and tune topics, prompts/instructions, tools/actions, and guardrails
Deploy agents into production
Receive technical requirements, build the solution, and demonstrate the completed agent
Occasionally demo solutions to business users and stakeholders
Help reduce manual effort for business users through AI-enabled functionality
Coordinate with the existing technical/integration team when integrations are needed

What You'll Need
Hands-on experience building Oracle AI Agents in Oracle AI Agent Studio required
Experience taking Oracle AI Agents into a production environment (development/testing/sandbox
experience alone is not sufficient)
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
Working knowledge of SQL required
Familiarity with APIs/REST and Oracle Cloud integrations
General technical development background; Java or Python experience is a plus
Because Oracle AI Agent Studio is a newer platform, there's no fixed years-of-experience requirement direct
hands-on production experience matters more than tenure

Nice to Have
Experience with Oracle integrations across Finance or Supply Chain modules
Prior experience coordinating with a dedicated integration team
