Position Summary

All That Housing is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Client Account Coordinator to support housing programs and client requests nationwide.

This role is responsible for sourcing housing, coordinating placements, managing supplier relationships, supporting client accounts, and assisting with large-group housing programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and enjoys building relationships while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This position works closely with clients, housing providers, and internal team members to ensure housing requests are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Housing Coordination

• Source and secure furnished housing nationwide.
• Obtain pricing, availability, and housing options from suppliers.
• Coordinate placements, extensions, transfers, and move-outs.
• Maintain housing inventory and ensure service standards are met.

Client Support

• Serve as a primary contact for assigned clients.
• Respond to housing requests and provide timely updates.
• Support client meetings, program reviews, and special projects.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive communication.

Program Coordination

• Support intern, cohort, trainee, relocation, and project-based housing programs.
• Coordinate housing assignments and group move-ins.
• Maintain occupancy reports and housing trackers.
• Track arrivals, departures, and program utilization.

Supplier & Partner Relations

• Develop relationships with housing providers nationwide.
• Request proposals, pricing, and availability.
• Assist with supplier negotiations and recommendations.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain market data.

Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Prepare housing proposals, comparisons, and reports.
• Track placements and program activity.
• Support operational projects and process improvements.

 

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, relocation, property management, travel coordination, customer service, housing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Preferred

• Experience in furnished housing, relocation, hospitality, or property management.
• Experience coordinating projects, logistics, or large groups.
• Experience working with CRM& PMS platforms.
• Vendor and supplier management experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Anticipated compensation for this position is $23.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and location
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
• Weekly stipend when assigned on-call coverage.
