Interventional Pain Management opening in Dayton, OH Full-timeWe are looking for an Interventional Pain Management physician to join our expanding Pain Centers. Physician can be either anesthesiologist or PMR Physician who has completed an Interventional Pain Management Fellowship. Our Pain centers do have access to C-arms for procedures. Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression (MILD) procedure is available. Interventional Treatments Performed at the Pain Centers:

• Diagnostic nerve blocks
\n
• Facet medial branch nerve blocks
\n
• Sympathetic blocks
\n
• Chemical neurolysis
\n
• Radiofrequency ablation
\n
• Implantable neurostimulator
\n
• Infusion pump devices.
\n
• Spinal cord stimulation
\n
• Implantable intrathecal pumps,
\n
• Epidural steroid injections, peripheral nerve blocks
\n
• Discography IDET, and percutaneous decompression (nucleoplasty)
Requirements: \n
• MD, DO, or MBBS degree
\n
• Completed residency in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
\n
• Completed Interventional Pain Management fellowship
\n
• Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology or PM&R (must achieve certification when eligible)
\n
• Ohio medical license (or eligibility)
\n
• Active DEA license
\n
• Fellows in training are encouraged to apply
