SERVPRO of Minnetonka/Team Clemente, one of Minnesota's leading fire and water restoration companies, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee residential and commercial restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish. You'll coordinate field teams, subcontractors, schedules, materials, and customer communication while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects involving water, fire, storm, mold, and other property damage.
• Oversee projects throughout the entire restoration and reconstruction lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate and supervise internal crews and subcontractors.
• Perform routine job site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers regularly, providing updates and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
• Negotiate restoration services and assist with insurance claim settlements when appropriate.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, design requirements, specialty materials, and equipment.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Complete monthly expense reports and project documentation.
• Attend company meetings and ongoing training opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and our customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing residential and commercial construction or restoration projects.
• Knowledge of reconstruction processes following water, fire, storm, or mold damage is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with subcontractors and building strong vendor relationships.
• Understanding of insurance restoration processes is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Compensation and Benefits

• $75,000-$100,000 Salary plus Commission
