Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit within a short-term acute care, Level I Trauma Center setting
• Deliver nursing care in accordance with team nursing ratios as directed by unit management
• Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as needed per unit scheduling requirements
• Float between like units within the facility as operationally required
• Maintain compliance with all facility credentialing, vaccination, and documentation requirements throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a valid Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) license in full compliance — no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Medical Surgical or a related specialty
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Large hospital experience required
• At least one completed prior travel nursing assignment required — first-time travelers will not be considered
• Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility — local candidates will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of RN experience preferred
• Experience with Cerner electronic health records preferred
• ADN accepted; BSN not required for this position
