Home Health Aide (HHA)We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Bradenton. Equally important is helping people feel, see and experience more in their lives.Responsibilities:Provide Certified Care with competent and safe routine transfer assistance, memory care, behavior de-escalation, sensory stimulation, and incontinence careProvide Personal Care with compassionate and sensitive toileting, showering, and personal hygiene assistance, as well as medication reminders, mobility assistance, and fall preventionProvide Companionship and Light Housekeeping, which may include social engagement, meal preparation, transportation, errands, and grocery shoppingKeep accurate records of client care and communication with the care teamRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience as an HHA delivering home careCPR Certification requiredAbility to work weekends (optional)Valid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredAbility to work in Manatee County, FLBackground Screening Requirement: This position will require background screening through the Clearinghouse.
