This internship offers an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates to work alongside our experienced team, learn, and contribute to meaningful projects. This hybrid position requires at least 3 days a week in the office.**Internship Duration**:August 10 to September 4, 202610+ hours per week**Responsibilities:*** Assist in the initial design phase and contribute to detailed architectural design work for projects in collaboration with various disciplines, clients, and consultants.* Support the preparation of architectural plans under the supervision of senior architects.* Assist in the analysis of design and construction systems, planning studies, design layouts, and construction details.* Participate in site and construction inspections to gather information and assist in preparing interpretive reports.* Aid in executing code analysis, material selections, and technical solutions.* Contribute to analyzing design and construction systems, design layouts, and construction features by researching, compiling, and recording information for assigned projects.* Coordinate with other disciplines to support project integration and cohesion.* Assist in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing project work under supervision.* Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support project goals and team objectives.**Required:*** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite.* Experience in Rhino, 3-D Max, Sketch-up is a plus and LEED Accreditation.* Experience in the architecture/engineering/construction management industry.Compensation Range:$52,526.00 - $59,689.00**STV offers the following benefits** • Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable) • Disability insurance • Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment • 401(k) Plan • Retirement Counseling • Employee Assistance Program • Paid Time Off (starting at 16 days) • Paid Holidays (9 days) • Back-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year) • Parental Leave (up to 80 hours) • Continuing Education Program • Professional Licensure and Society MembershipsSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
