Position Sales Representative‑WA – Manage the full sales process while providing excellent customer service, continually sourcing new customers, helping customers design their dream home, and ensuring a smooth transaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Effectively communicate D.R. Horton’s value proposition, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers. Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges, establishing D.R. Horton as the best solution. Overcome objections and close sales. Maintain accurate documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction. Continuously source new sales opportunities. Create and present a marketing plan to management for establishing new customer relationships. Network and perform outreach to realtors. Manage time efficiently, meet sales goals, and work effectively with team members. Maintain and expand a database of prospects. Attend sales meetings. Develop and maintain rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members. Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the company’s goodwill and profit. Ability to work overtime. Qualifications Associate degree or 2 years of related experience. Active real estate license is required. Ability to use D.R. Horton sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop. Apply common sense to carry out instructions written, oral, or via D.R. Horton applications. Proficiency with MS Office and email. Physical requirements: stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to an 8‑hour day; sit, kneel, bend, walk up/down stairs, walk on uneven terrain; use hands for handling, reaching, talking, hearing; lift or move up to 25 pounds; vision requirements include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision. Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is generally moderate. Preferred Qualifications Prior CRM software experience. Previous sales experience and industry knowledge preferred. Excellent interpersonal communications. Strongly motivated.
