Satellite Hardware Engineer Intern — Hands-On Space Tech

Astranis is seeking a Mechanical Engineer Intern for Spring 2027 to work with the engineering team on satellite hardware and software. You will design, evaluate, procure, assemble, and test structures and mechanisms for spacecraft, and perform mechanical and thermal analyses to support integration. The internship lasts twelve weeks and emphasizes hands-on design and development. Past interns have contributed to hardware heading to space and many have become full-time employees.
