Job Details Location: Arlington, VA 22202 Position Type: Full Time Position Title: Program Manager IV Clearance required: SECRET Responsibilities Act as the primary contractor liaison to the Government and the COR/ACOR(s), managing the client relationship and providing all required contract reports and deliverables, including the Bi‑Weekly Activity Report. Directly supervise all contractor personnel, ensuring high-quality performance and resolving issues. Fulfill all contractual staffing obligations and oversee the personnel security process to ensure 100% compliance with clearance and briefing requirements. Team Training & Development: Provide contractor personnel with continuous training on skills, policies, and procedures to maintain a knowledgeable and compliant workforce. Qualifications A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and twelve (12) years of proven experience in a supervisory or management role, directly overseeing contractor personnel in a government contracting environment. Strong understanding of government contract compliance, including staffing requirements and performance reporting. Proven ability to prepare and deliver formal contract deliverables, such as activity reports and performance analyses. Experience managing the personnel security clearance process, including familiarity with the requirements for the SF86 (Questionnaire for National Security Positions) and associated procedures. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between the contractor team and senior government clients. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously—including team supervision, client reporting, and administrative duties—with meticulous attention to detail. Proactive and adept at identifying potential issues, formulating solutions, and driving resolution to ensure smooth contract operations.
