Halco is seeking a Lead Plumber to take ownership of plumbing work across our design-build, kitchen remodel, and bathroom remodel projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for a licensed plumber who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to be part of a company that values quality, integrity, and people as much as the work itself. Responsibilities Lead and perform residential plumbing work on remodeling and design-build projects Serve as the primary plumbing authority on job sites Guide and oversee apprentices and support personnel Coordinate plumbing work with construction supervisors and project managers Ensure all work meets Massachusetts plumbing codes and Halco quality standards Identify and communicate change orders and additional service opportunities Handle occasional service and warranty calls for new and existing customers Maintain clean, safe, and professional jobsites Represent Halco positively with clients, teammates, and trade partners Qualifications Massachusetts Plumbing Journeyman License (required) Residential plumbing experience (required) Proven ability to lead, train, and support others in the field Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and local codes Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Clear, professional communication with customers and teammates Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Pride in your work and a desire to grow with a company Pay & Benefits Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000 per year (based on experience) Performance-based growth opportunities Stable, year-round work in residential remodeling Supportive team environment with clear leadership Opportunity to lead and shape Halco’s plumbing operations Working Conditions On-site work at residential project locations Physical work including lifting, bending, and tool use Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Occasional weekend work as needed Small-business environment where teamwork and flexibility matter Our Core Values Trust and Confidence – Building lasting relationships with our clients Strong Relationships – With customers, teammates, and partners Integrity and Honesty – Doing the right thing, even when it’s hard Respect and Dignity – For every individual Accountability – Owning our work and our outcomes Excellence – In craftsmanship and service Compassion and Understanding – Toward clients and coworkers Faith-informed conduct – Guiding our actions with purpose and care Why Join Halco?
