Talent Acquisition Specialist

LHH Recruit Solutions has partnered with a growing organization. Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Human Resources team in a direct hire capacity. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers, and supporting hiring initiatives across multiple departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong sourcing and candidate management skills, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience while driving recruitment success.

Location: Willingboro, NJ (Fully Onsite) Job Type: Direct Hire Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually Bonus: 5% Annual Performance Bonus Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

• Source, screen, interview, and recruit candidates for administrative, professional, technical, and operational positions.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Manage job postings across multiple career sites and recruiting platforms.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
• Track recruitment activity and prepare hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
• Support employer branding, recruitment marketing initiatives, employee referral programs, and hiring events.

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Administration

• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within the ATS.
• Serve as a resource for hiring managers regarding ATS functionality and recruiting best practices.
• Generate reports and recruiting metrics to support workforce planning and hiring decisions.
• Monitor data integrity and assist with process improvements related to recruiting workflows.
• Support recruiting technology enhancements and system updates.

HR & Onboarding Support

• Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment screenings.
• Facilitate onboarding activities and support new hire orientation.
• Maintain and update job descriptions and recruitment-related documentation.
• Assist with HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and process improvement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and applicable employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience supporting recruiting technology, reporting, and analytics functions.
• Knowledge of onboarding, employee engagement, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers across multiple business functions.
