SHIFTS / AVAILABILITY

Shift Period	07:00 15:30
Days	Mon Fri; on-call rotation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scrub and circulate for open-heart, CABG, valve, and aortic surgical procedures
• Manage cardiopulmonary bypass setup and coordination with perfusionist
• Monitor and respond to haemodynamic changes during cardiovascular procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and instrument count compliance throughout surgery
• Complete intraoperative documentation and coordinate with post-op care team

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

• Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
• BLS and ACLS certifications current
• Minimum 2 years CVOR scrub and circulator experience
• Experience with open-heart bypass procedures

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• CNOR certification
• Experience with minimally invasive cardiac surgery
