Job Description
Title: Scrub Nurse - Operating Room

Schedule: Rotating shifts, 4x10 hours. On-call responsibilities every 5-6 evenings and every 6th or 7th weekend. Must work every other major holiday.

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in the specialty
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Valid Massachusetts RN license, active or conditional
- Flu vaccine required during season
- EMR Experience: EPIC preferred
- Up to date resume
- 2 recent Manager/Supervisor references
- Skills Checklist matching specialty
- Driver's license with address matching demographics

Compliance / Notes:
- RTO must be included at the time of submission; it will not be guaranteed after confirmation.
- Scrub color: Any.
