About the Role

As a Dental Hygienist at Noble, you'll play a vital role in promoting oral health and preventing dental diseases. You'll be a key part of a compassionate dental team, delivering care that goes beyond the chair.

What You'll Do

• Conduct Patient Screenings - Assess oral health, review medical histories, and identify potential concerns
• Perform Dental Cleanings - Remove plaque, tartar, and stains with precision and care
• Educate Patients - Provide personalized guidance on brushing, flossing, nutrition, and more
• Take X-rays & Diagnostics - Capture quality images to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning
• Apply Preventive Treatments - Administer fluoride and sealants to protect teeth
• Support the Dentist - Assist during procedures and ensure a comfortable patient experience

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Valid State of Wisconsin Dental Hygienist License
• 1+ year of experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with excellent patient care skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
