Flexible Day & Weekend Hours We're hiring for part-time daytime availability, including: * Mornings: 8 AM – 12 PM * Afternoons: 1 PM – 5 PM * Weekend daytime visits (weekend premium included!) Available mornings, afternoons, weekends—or a combination? We'll work with you to build a schedule around your availability. Pay & Benefits * Starting wage: $17 per hour * Additional weekend shift premium * Paid orientation and ongoing paid training * Vacation Pay * Health Insurance * 401(k) with company match * Opportunities for additional hours * 24/7 on-call support What You'll Do This role goes beyond companionship. Depending on the client's care plan, you'll provide: * Hands-on personal care, including bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting-related assistance * Mobility support and help safely navigating the home * Meal preparation and light housekeeping * Transportation to appointments or errands * Companionship and meaningful engagement * Clear communication about changes or concerns Throughout each visit, you'll help clients do as much as they safely can for themselves while stepping in confidently when support is needed. You May Be a Great Fit If You... * Have previous caregiving experience that includes hands-on personal care * Are comfortable with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting-related needs, and mobility support * Understand how to protect a client's dignity and independence while providing personal care * Are dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently * Communicate clearly and follow a care plan * Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Why Home Instead?
