Program Assistant - Part Time

Vice President, Operations Responsible for day‑to‑day operations of Jewish Family Service, a $11 million human services agency serving more than 3,400 people annually. Monitors systems and practices to ensure high standards of operations in alignment with the JFS mission, values and strategic directions. Oversees the development and management of organizational systems, security, facilities, IT, staff development, and volunteer programs. Assistant Administrator and Caregiver – StarPoint Serves as Assistant Administrator and Caregiver, supporting the Starpoint Director with managing the “on‑call phone” to communicate with caregivers and clients and navigating last minute schedule changes. Finds a replacement when an aide calls off or no‑shows, while effectively communicating all changes to clients and/or their families in a timely manner.
