Roles & Responsibilities We are actively looking to hire therapists in Utah—Murray and the Greater Salt Lake City area—who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. In this hybrid model you will provide high‑quality behavioral healthcare, maintain professional standards in a collegial environment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications Fully licensed in Utah as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. Completed a Master’s degree and no longer require supervision. Experience with child, family, or couples therapy; open to working some evenings. Trauma therapists who are EMDR certified are preferred. Bi‑lingual Spanish speaking is a plus. Flexible work schedule and open to the hybrid model (2–3 days in office, 1–2 days remote). Compensation & Benefits Annual compensation range $75,000‑$106,000 based on productivity. Generous above‑market pay with uncapped earnings. Sign‑on bonus for full‑time employees.
