As a Screener at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will help create a welcoming, security-related environment by screening visitors, monitoring access activity, conducting routine patrols, and remaining visible to help deter incidents. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.63 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, delivery personnel, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-screening protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Screen individuals, packages, deliveries, and personal belongings in accordance with established screening procedures and applicable site policies. Operate screening equipment and maintain awareness of prohibited or unauthorized items entering controlled areas. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, entry points, and surrounding business perimeter, while assisting with access control and maintaining accurate activity logs. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
