Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician

Overview District Medical Group Inc. (DMG), a 450+ physician not-for-profit multispecialty faculty practice group, contracts to provide clinical, administrative and teaching services to Valleywise Health System, a 550-bed health system with a Level I Trauma Center, a Level I Burn Center and a Level III OB Unit, and 11 Family Health Centers. DMG is seeking a BC/BE pulmonologist/intensivist to join the Department of Medicine at DMG. Responsibilities Provide a full scope of pulmonologist/intensivist practice. Teach opportunities with Pulm/CC fellows, internal medicine residents and medical students. Administrative time and opportunities for research available. Affiliations and Teaching Appointments DMG is an affiliated academic partner for the Creighton University School of Medicine Academic Alliance with MIHS and Dignity/St. Joseph’s Medical Center, as well as with the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix and Mayo Clinic, Scottsdale. Faculty appointments to each medical school are available commensurate with qualifications.
