About the Role:
Flex & Heal Physical Therapy LLC is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our clinic in Stoughton, MA. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a patient-focused team where your energy and professionalism make a real difference every single day.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using practice management software
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages appropriately
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays at time of service
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage intake paperwork
• Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff
• Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a medical, physical therapy, or healthcare front desk setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with insurance verification and medical billing basics is a plus
• Proficiency with scheduling software and general computer skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Positive, patient-first attitude and professional appearance
