# Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse / Surgical Technologist – South Texas Start Date: September 21, 2026
Location: Corpus Christi, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, 1:1 patient ratios in OR, call shifts mandatory based on unit needs (weekday call 3pm-7am, weekend call 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) Highlights: - Join a 9-OR surgical suite with a comprehensive case mix including neurosurgery, urology, general surgery, colorectal, plastics, podiatry, ENT, and orthopedics- Work with advanced surgical technology including BrainLab, da Vinci robotic system, and microscopes- Collaborate with an established team of 22+ surgical services staff members- EMR platform: Meditech- Professional development opportunities with exposure to diverse surgical specialties- Contract start date allows for advance planning and preparation Requirements: - Active RN license or CST certification required- OR experience strongly preferred- Motivated, detail-oriented personality with strong focus on surgical precision- Ability to participate in mandatory on-call rotation based on unit needs- Willingness to float to affiliated surgical areas as needed Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a well-equipped surgical environment with exposure to multiple specialties and cutting-edge technology.
