Emergency Room Nurse

Schedule

3 night shifts per week, from 7 PM to 7 AM. Flexibility is a must as day shifts or mid shifts may be required. Weekend work is expected.

Assignment Details

Contract length: 12 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week.

Requirements

• Current nursing license
• Emergency room experience preferred
• Basic life support (BLS) certification
• Advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certification may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the emergency department
• Assess patient needs and facilitate appropriate interventions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient information and progress accurately in electronic medical records
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
