This opportunity is full-time during first shift. In this role, you will: Interact with a variety of clients/patients and ensure exceptional, customer-focused service. Support the Operations Manager with furthering departmental goals and objectives, including developing and inspiring your team of employees, resolving customer issues, and interfacing with other laboratory departments. Manage departmental resources, optimize processes, and maximize profitability. Champion safety, compliance, and quality control. All you need is: Bachelor\'s degree in Medical Technology (Chemical, Physical, Biological, or Clinical Laboratory Science); OR qualifies as a supervisor under current CLIA regulations Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists or equivalent Previous experience in a clinical laboratory or other service organization.
