Job Title: HVAC Foreman Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Foreman with over 7 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in various aspects of HVAC, including brazing, soldering, ductwork, sheet metal, hot water/chilled water piping, gas piping, and all phases of commercial HVAC installation. Experience in controls or pipefitting is a plus.

• Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects in a commercial setting.
• Perform brazing, soldering, and installation of ductwork and sheet metal ducts.
• Handle hot water/chilled water piping and gas piping tasks.
• Ensure all phases of HVAC installation are executed efficiently.
• Interpret and work from blueprints and layouts.
• Coordinate with construction and project teams to ensure timely completion of projects.

• 7+ years of experience in the HVAC field.
• Proven foreman experience in a commercial HVAC setting.
• Proficiency in brazing, soldering, ductwork, and sheet metal installation.
• Knowledge of hot water/chilled water piping and gas piping.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layouts.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Experience with controls or pipefitting is a plus.
• No specific certifications required.

Work in a new construction environment with hours from 7am to 3:30pm. Flexibility for overtime as needed. Dress code includes steel-toed boots and jeans on the first day, with a T-shirt, hard hat, and safety glasses provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ALLENTOWN, PA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
