What You’ll Do Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs. Promote Independence: Encourage residents to remain active and involved in their daily routines. Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly. Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members. Create Joy: Engage residents in activities, conversations, and moments that make each day special. Protect Dignity: Provide dependable support with patience, respect, and compassion. What You’ll Bring Positive Attitude: Bring a friendly and encouraging approach to each day.
