Position Overview Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – LifeStance Health Location: New York City, NY We are seeking licensed therapists who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence in an outpatient setting. Qualifications Fully licensed to practice in New York State. Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT). Hybrid schedule: 2 days in office and 2 evenings per week. Strong commitment to delivering high‑quality behavioral health care. Experience with outpatient therapy and a track record of professional growth. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $81,000 – $110,000, based on productivity. Full‑time sign‑on bonus.
