Title: Nurse Practitioner Float – Gainesville/Macclenny, FL Location: Gainesville, FL (float coverage to Macclenny, FL) Job Type: W2 Contract (26 weeks) Pay: $74.87/hr Schedule: Approx. 30–38 hrs/week (includes weekends; possible holiday rotation) About the Role We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner (Float) to provide evidence-based primary and family care while supporting coverage in Gainesville and Macclenny, FL . This is an in-person, patient-facing role working with a dedicated clinical care team to drive strong patient outcomes. What You’ll Do Provide primary/family care: assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, and disposition planning Conduct routine exams and support positive patient outcomes Encourage patient engagement through screenings, wellness, and chronic condition management Clinic administrative duties (open/close, inventory, patient follow-up, verify insurance/collect payment, maintain clean environment) Collaborate with the clinical care team and report to the Practice Manager Required Qualifications Active RN license in the state you’re applying in Active APRN license in good standing (no current/prior disciplinary actions) Master’s degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program current national board certification Minimum 1 year recent NP experience in primary care / family medicine / urgent care Current BLS (AHA or ARC) — must provide copy upon offer acceptance Willing to float between Gainesville and Macclenny and work weekends (6 of 12 weekend shifts) HS Diploma/GED (verifiable) Hours of Operation / Shift Coverage Mon–Fri: 8:30am–7:30pm (1 hr lunch) Sat: 9:00am–5:30pm Sun: 9:00am–4:30pm (30 min lunch) Additional Notes DEA registration may be required during onboarding (if applicable) Role is safety sensitive Benefits Medical benefits available to eligible employees after 90 days 401(k) with company match available after 1 year How to Apply (Required Questionnaire Info) To be considered, please include the following in your application/resume: RN license state license number expiration dates Confirmation RN/APRN licenses are in good standing NPI number Primary care experience (how many years) EMR systems used Any upcoming time off Interview availability start availability Confirm willingness to float Gainesville/Macclenny (and occasional travel if needed)aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
