Location: Sterling Heights Type: Full-Time Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' condition, develop individual treatment plans, and administer physical therapy Work closely with patients to implement treatment plans that restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain Guide and motivate patients through their treatment, promoting healthy lifestyles and personal health management Collaborate with healthcare professionals to offer the best in interdisciplinary care Lead and mentor PT assistants and support staff within the therapy team Ensure documentation, billing, and care compliances with AKPT policy and legal requirements Requirements: Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively A strong commitment to providing high-quality, empathetic care to each patient Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred but not required Why Join Us at Active Kare Physical Therapy?
