We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to join our team in a busy concrete block manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for safely unloading trucks, staging materials, assisting customers with product loading, and supporting shipping yard operations. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor industrial environment.

• Safely unload incoming trucks and move materials using forklifts, skid loaders, and other equipment.
• Stage concrete blocks, pavers, bricks, and related products throughout the yard for storage and shipment.
• Assist customers with locating products and loading vehicles, trailers, and trucks.
• Perform basic quality inspections and inventory support while maintaining organized yard operations.
• Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and support production and shipping goals.

• Minimum of 1 year of production, warehouse, construction, or heavy manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment in an industrial environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Concrete, landscaping, demolition, construction, or warehouse experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand equipment operation.
• Inventory management and material staging experience.
• Experience working in outdoor industrial environments.
• Flexible schedule with availability for overtime and occasional Saturdays.

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, starting around 3:00 PM.
• Typical shifts are approximately 9 hours per day with overtime available.
• Outdoor and industrial environment that is loud, dusty, and physically active.
• Steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection required.
• Occasional Saturday work may be required based on production needs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Holland, PA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in New Holland,PA.
