Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Photographer to join the NIQ Brandbank Studio team. This role is responsible for capturing high-quality, print-ready product images at volume while maintaining strict quality standards and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced studio environment, works effectively both independently and collaboratively, and has a strong understanding of product photography, lighting techniques, image quality standards, and workflow management. This is a full-time position. Key Responsibilities Capture high-quality, print-ready images of grocery and consumer products to support data collection and digital content requirements. Ensure all product images are clear, accurate, legible, and comply with NIQ Brandbank quality standards. Maintain high productivity while consistently meeting image quality expectations. Prioritize workload according to SLAs, internal service KPIs, and business requirements. Manage daily photography workflow, product organization, and studio shelving systems. Resolve photography-related queries and issues in a timely manner. Process urgent and rejected products within established KPIs. Monitor image quality and minimize rejections through strong attention to detail. Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance studio operations. Collaborate across studio functions as required to maintain operational productivity during peak periods. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and data confidentiality requirements. Meet daily image production targets and departmental performance metrics. Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient studio environment. Qualifications Required Experience in product photography, commercial photography, studio photography, or related field. Strong understanding of photography equipment, camera settings, and studio lighting techniques. Experience working in a high-volume production environment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team objectives. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems and workflows. Understanding of data confidentiality and information security principles. Preferred Experience photographing FMCG, retail, grocery, packaged goods, or e-commerce products. Experience working with image quality control processes and production KPIs. Familiarity with image editing or asset management workflows. Knowledge of color management, image standards, and print-ready digital assets.
