responsibilities:

• Independently drive application engineering projects. Design and fabricate custom fixtures/work-holding for live demonstrations, test cuts, and comprehensive turnkey solutions.

• Utilize conversational programming, industry-standard CAM systems, and macro/direct G-code to program and configure high-end CNC machines, specifically focusing on Mill-Turn and 5-Axis setups.

• Define, troubleshoot, and master complex manufacturing and machining processes. Provide highly accurate part-processing time estimates (within a 10% tolerance) for client evaluations.

• T ake ownership of quality control by inspecting finished parts and programming Coordinate Measuring Machines ( CMM ).

• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to consult directly with clients, understand their technical challenges, generate winning engineering proposals, and deliver expert post-installation training.
