Your future role at a glance Location: Woodbury, TN Facility: Ascension Saint Thomas Stones River Department: Med Surg Schedule: PRN | Rotating How you'll make an impact in this role Policy Compliance: Deliver direct nursing care following established organizational policies, procedures, and clinical protocols. Care Implementation: Execute and monitor patient care plans while documenting and communicating status changes to the team. Care Coordination: Act as the primary liaison across clinical disciplines to ensure integrated and seamless patient care. Order Execution: Accurately transcribe and carry out all physician and nursing orders to facilitate treatment. Discharge Planning: Assess and coordinate post-care requirements with the healthcare team to ensure safe patient transitions. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
