Program Leadership with 10+ years of experience in managing support and development projects for successful delivery. We are looking for a very strong communication, team management, solution design and debugging expertise. 1. Expertise in client management, and managing teams in different countries. 2. Experience in building support SOP's - communications, escalations, creating status reports etc. 4. Strong SQL knowledge with data warehousing concepts including database design, data loading, and query optimization 3. Knowledge of data governance and best practices in data security and privacy. 4. Proven track record of designing and implementing data solutions at scale. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts. Technical oversight including overseeing the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions that support the transformation of FP&A and sales planning processes.
Project Managers are responsible for overseeing the project/engagement/contract/activity on a daily basis and are responsible for delivering high-quality results within the identified objectives and constraints, ensuring the effective use of the allocated resources. They are responsible for risk and issue management, project/engagement communication and stakeholder management. Project managers perform the activities of planning, organizing, securing, monitoring and managing the resources and work necessary to deliver specific project goals and objectives in an effective and efficient way.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $128,791 to $199,187. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
