Material Handler

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MATERIAL HANDLER IN LAKE ZURICH, IL Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Material Handler to join our team in Lake Zurich, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for utilizing RF scanners to accurately select customer orders for shipping, safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to transport materials, and marking and labeling orders as required. The ideal candidate will possess experience working in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment, forklift experience, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $17.50/hour (Salary range based on experience) Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM Overtime Required: Candidates must be open to overtime. Typical overtime hours may be from 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM, as needed, and occasional Saturdays during peak production periods. Located in Lake Zurich, Illinois Duties and Responsibilities Utilize RF scanners to accurately select customer orders for shipping. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to transport materials. Mark and label orders as required. Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and company operations. Requirements and Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment. Forklift experience is a plus. Prior RF scanner experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills. Ability to read and understand customer orders and related paperwork. Basic computer skills are a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 75 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
