Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves working with metal and takes pride in precision work? We're hiring a MIG Welder for a tight-knit, long-standing fabrication shop! This isn't your average welding gig-think custom builds, no assembly lines, and a great group of people who've worked side-by-side for over 15 years.


This shop specializes in grating-a grid-like metal mat used in all kinds of construction and industrial settings. You'll get to work in an open, friendly environment where craftsmanship and teamwork take center stage.

Key Duties:

• Read and follow blueprints and drawings to complete projects accurately
• Perform MIG welding on custom grating and other fabricated parts
• Measure and cut materials using tape measures, saws, and other tools
• Complete fabrication and layout tasks with minimal supervision
• Work closely with a small team to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Participate in a hands-on weld test using a drawing and grating materials
